Jack & Diana Williams, Broker/Owner

When you hear Jack & Diana your thoughts turn one of two ways: either to the John Cougar Melankamp song Jack & Diane: or to Tehachapi Real Estate. Jack & Diana have been selling Tehachapi Valley Real Estate since 1988. They have been owners and agents at RE/MAX Tehachapi, Inc. for that entire time thereby earning them the respect of the public for integrity, honesty and stability in business.

Jack was first licensed in 1972 in the San Fernando Valley. He received his broker’s license in 1979 which proved to be of great value when he decided to open his own office in 1988. The RE/MAX Tehachapi Inc. office was in its infancy when Jack & Diana teamed up to be the First Husband and Wife Team of Tehachapi Real Estate. From that point on there was no turning back. Though Jack does very little selling today, he retains his broker’s license and oversees the day to day operation of the office.

Diana’s first work experience was in the Title Industry. In 1973 Diana began work for Title Insurance and Trust. Working her way through the ranks of the title and escrow departments where she ended her experience managing a local escrow company. From there Diana obtained her real estate license in 1988 and started working the business in the boom of 1989. Long hours and hard work were no stranger to Diana but in the Real Estate Business she was able to make those traits pay off. And pay off they did. Diana has about a 98% return rate of clients dating back as far as the early 1990’s when Jack & Diana became excited about the technology end of the industry. From that date on, Jack & Diana have regularly updated their ability to work at the top of their field by staying on top of all the latest in technology, including cell phones, computers, client contact manager programs and online programs. Diana has built her business from the ground up and holds regular awards for the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Platinum Club and RE/MAX 100% Club. Diana has also been presented with a Top 10 in Commercial Sales Award for the entire State of California. Diana is a regular top producer and currently manages “Team Jack & Diana”. She still works as a full time participant in the team but has expanded her services to be an advisor to the Team as well to all of the RE/MAX Tehachapi Inc. agents.

Laura Lynne Wyatt, Realtor

The newest Team Member of Team Jack & Diana is Laura Lynne. Laura Lynne has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and was able to bring vast amounts of experience from unrelated fields that have helped her to become successful in the Real Estate Industry.

Laura Lynne’s first job out of high school was working for a Mortgage Company. This experience was invaluable to Laura Lynne’s success in the Real Estate field simply because of the familiarity to terms, the understanding of the escrow process, the interpretation of loan documents and the interaction with buyers who are always under stress.

As Laura Lynne progressed through her career life, she found her niche in a highly stressful yet people oriented job; working as a 911 dispatch operator for the California Highway Patrol. What an insight into the day to day stress placed on people’s lives. The experience gained in that line of work has come into play many times during the course of a difficult real estate transaction. Laura Lynne’s ability to remain calm as well as think things through quickly and efficiently has helped her become an agent that can tackle the most difficult of circumstances with a calming effect on herself, her Team Members and her clients.

Laura Lynne has received awards from RE/MAX International that include the coveted 100% Award, the Executive Club Award and is continually a top producer in the local RE/MAX Tehachapi Office. She has shown the ability to multi task by covering the Team desk alone when needed, juggling multiple escrows, managing her listings to obtain the highest possible dollar for her sellers and still spend time with her family and children. Balance is evident in everything that Laura Lynne does. Not just in her career but also in her personal life.
